Ok, I can't seem to find the information on how to run both 6.11 and 6.12 on your machine at the same time.

Do I simply make a copy of the OOTP6 directory and then install the patch into that directory or is there something else I have to do or something?

I suppose I should have titled this PING: Rich.

I don't think you can do it. Unless you're using both your licenses, so you've installed the game twice on the same computer. Which I'm also not sure you can do.

Yeah, if we're not planning on switching over soon I guess I need to learn about this as well.

make a copy of the .exe file, and place it somewhere else temporarily. Then, rename your main file OOTP6.11 - and then copy back the original .exe file to the same directory. you now have 2 executables. when you download the patch, I believe it will only affect the file named OOTP 6.

I know that I saw somewhere that people say you can do it. Whether or not it's true I don't know.

The LBA just started a new season with 6.12 and the TUBF will soon be heading into the playoffs. The plan there is to go to 6.12 next season (i think) so I'm definitely going to need both for awhile.

It's very easy. Just rename your OOTP6.exe file before you install the patch to something like OOTP6_611.exe. Create a shortcut to that on your desktop or wherever. Install the patch. Now you should have two exe's (and shortcuts) which you can just use as needed. I did this with the last patch and I'm doing it now. It works like a charm.
