I just realized a great feature for OOTP would be if you could fill out multiple full lineup cards, as many as you want, and then tell the CPU how often to utilize each one, gets around some of the limitations of the depth charts and the 7-day lineups.

I like the idea of that, but a couple of injuries would just send it into chaos.

Yeah I was just thinking of ways to set something up where, for example, you want one player to be your everyday LF, but also to start at 1B once or twice a week to get another LF into the lineup. That's hard to do with the depth charts currently, and you can't set it up over more than one-week intervals with the 7-day lineups.

Yeah, I definitely agree with what you're aiming to do. I just think as things currently stand with the game, it introduces too many paths to AI substitution failure. I want it to be able to work.

I don't have an account on the kiddie boards anymore, but has there been any discussion the problems for online leagues with the new injury system? In the last TCBA sim, somebody on my team got a day-to-day injury, the AI did not rest him, and it turned into a more serious injury by the end of the sim. V18 needs to include either an option to have the AI rest players with DtD injuries, or an option to disable DtD injuries being aggravated by playing through them.

I wish the in-game logo/uniform creation was less shitty. I've had a league in the works for months and I can't be bothered to do the graphics for it, even with the ease of using Jaffe's tools for caps and jerseys.

Half the reason I'm in a bad mood today is that the 1886 as-played schedule won't import properly into my game so I'm importing the whole damn thing by hand from Retrosheet.

You can't import it one subleague at a time like we've always been able to do?
